Quiz show, singing competition highlight ASEAN Day at Phitsanulok Pittayakom School
PHITSANULOK . ASEAN Quiz Show and Singing competition highlighted the annual celebration of ASEAN Day at Phitsanulok Pittayakom School on Friday, August 25. A total of 17 schools from different districts of Phitsanulok participated in the event which formally opened with a parade of the 10 ASEAN nations. Students from the English Program Department of the school represented the countries wearing their national costumes and carrying their flags. Speaking to the students and teachers, Dr. Manop Ketmek, school director of Phitsanulok Pittayakom School underscored the significance of getting to know each ASEAN member countries. "We should learn about ASEAN and the 10 countries to be able to live harmoniously with them," he said.
